Flair Turkey Salad

Ingredients:

7 cups of fresh turkey breast
3/4 cup celery, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup sweet relish
3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
2 large apples, coarsely chopped
1 cup red grapes
1/8 tsp ground pepper

Instructions: 

  1. Shred or dice turkey
  2. Combine with other ingredients and mix thoroughly
  3. Chill mixture before serving
